Your Immunity During Martial Law
The Convention of the Hague, October 5, 1961, formulated a way for foreign neutrals to gain political and military immunity as they travelled throughout the world in places where armed conflict was underway or a state of emergency was declared. It is important that every Citizen of the united States of America file a document called an "Apostille" with any Secretary of State within the United States.
The Apostille will prevent authorities from detaining you because they would then be in violation of an International treaty. This protection extends to the restrictions imposed by the Reconstruction Acts, The Trading with the Enemy Act revised in 1933 to include U.S. Citizens, Declared National Emergencies, Martial Law, and UN Troop occupation.
Here is what you must send to me if you would like me to assist you in filing this important document.
You must email me or call 864-933-5269 to get the address to send this information to. I will then prepare the Apostille document, and then return it to you for you to have it notarized at your local Notary Public office, and then you will mail it according to the instructions I will provide with your document. You will also receive a billfold-size photo ID relating your Apostille information.
NOTICE: Since something may occur this October to precipitate a state of emergency, I want as many people as possible to get their Apostille filed ASAP! So, I am paying a 20% "finders fee" to those people who refer others to me to have me prepare their Apostille documents for filing. This fee also extends to the $200 charged for the UCC-1, UCC-3, and the Security Agreement filings.
Please realize that I am preparing this Apostille document based on the belief that Holy Bible is the inspired Word of the Creator God. The basis for declaring your neutrality is found in the following scriptures: Jn 18.36; Rev 12.11; Rev 3.10; Rev 13.7,10; Isa 10.5-7; Ps 91; Ps 149.7-9; Joel 2; Rev 19. These verses are provided for your information only, and will not appear on the Apostille document. If you prefer, I could provide you with a "secular" version of an Apostille. You should also check out the TIGER link to see if you want to declare your domicile in the North-Carolina American Republic -- the first state to re-establish itself after the Reconstruction Acts destroyed them in 1867-68 through a series of 9 unconstitutional acts of U.S. Congress.
